Do you give any guarantee?
Yes. We offer a lifetime guarantee. If your jewellery requires repolishing or repair, we’ll do it anytime at no extra cost.
Do I receive a certificate with my order?
Yes, a silver purity certificate is included with every order.
Can the size & color of any product be changed as per my requirement?
Yes. All sizes can be customized. Kindly share your specific requirements while placing the order.
Where are you based?
We are based in Kolkata, India.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
Within India: Shipping is free and takes 7–12 days after dispatch.
International: Shipping is available at a flat fee of ₹5,000.
How long does it take to make a custom order?
Custom orders take approximately 3–5 weeks, depending on complexity. We always recommend placing your order early in case any adjustments are required.
What if I receive a product that is broken?
If your product is damaged in transit, we will repair it at no cost. To ensure transparency, we request an unboxing video when opening your parcel.
Can I speak to someone before ordering?

Do you offer gift packaging or personalized notes?
